1. Get your license key
Once you’ve purchased a StoreConnect subscription, you will receive a license key.
Keep this key ready — it will be used to activate your subscription in Salesforce.
2. Open the StoreConnect Config App
In Salesforce, go to the App Launcher (top-left menu).
Search for and select "StoreConnect Config App".
3. Apply the license key
The StoreConnect Setup Page will open automatically. (Otherwise select it from the dropdown menu)
Click “Enter Installation Key”.
Enter your license key and click Apply.
That’s it! Your StoreConnect subscription is now activated.
4. Set up a store
- After activation, click the “Setup” button to begin configuring your store.
Upgrade from free trial
If you began with a free trial of StoreConnect and now want to switch to a full license:
Go to the StoreConnect Config App.
Make sure you’re on the StoreConnect Setup Page.
Click on “Subscription” → “Update Key”.
Paste your new license key and click Apply to upgrade.
