▶️ Add search keywords

Step 1: Go to Products

  • Log in to the backend of StoreConnect.

  • Navigate to your Products list view.


Step 2: Locate the Product

  • Find the product you want to add keywords for.

Step 3: Find the “Search Keywords” Field

  • Look for the field called Search Keywords.

  • If you don’t see it, add the field to your page layout.


Step 4: Add Keywords

  • Edit the product record.

  • In the Search Keywords field, enter any alternate words customers might use.

  • Put each keyword on a new line.

  • Keywords are not case-sensitive.


Step 5: Save & Update

  • Save the record.

  • Wait a little while for the changes to sync with your website.


Step 6: Test the Search

  • Go to your store’s search bar.

  • Try searching with the new keyword(s) to confirm the product shows up.


Step 7: Apply to Other Items

  • Remember, you can add keywords to Products, Articles, and Pages in the same way.
