1. Access the Product Record
Open the StoreConnect App in Salesforce.
Go to StoreConnect Navigation > Products > All Products.
Select the product you want to edit — this will open its Product Record page.
2. Edit Basic Product Information
Click the Edit button on the product record.
You can now:
Change the Product Name.
Deactivate the product (uncheck the Active box) to remove it from the storefront.
Edit the Summary field — this is the product’s description shown on your website.
Update other fields like SKU, stock info, metadata, etc.
Click Save once finished.
3. Edit Product Pricing
Scroll to the Price Books section on the product page.
Click the arrow next to the current price and select Edit.
Update the price value, then click Save.
After updating the price, be sure to click "Sync Price Changes" to apply the changes immediately. (Otherwise, it syncs every 10 minutes.)
4. Manage Product Media
Scroll to Media Used by This Product.
To remove existing media, click the dropdown arrow next to the media and select Delete (this unlinks it, but does not delete the file).
To add new media:
Go to the Content tab.
Click “Upload”, give the media a name, set the file type, and upload from your computer or import via URL.
Click Save.
To link existing media:
Click New under “Media Used by This Product”.
Select the media you want to link and Save.
5. Assign or Change Product Categories
In the Categories Containing This Product section:
Add or remove categories to define where this product appears on your storefront.
Click Save when changes are made.
6. Use Additional Features
In the Additional Relationships tab, you can view all related data, such as:
Discounts
Subscriptions
Memberships
You can also:
Clone the Product to quickly create a similar one.
Permanently delete the product if no longer needed.
7. Confirm Your Changes
Visit the product's page on your live website.
Click Refresh to see your updated product information in real time.
