▶️ Install a theme

1. Download a Theme

• Open your browser and go to: help.getstoreconnect.com

• Search for “Downloadable Themes”.

• Browse available themes and choose one (e.g. Souvenir).

• Click Download to save the .zip file to your computer.

2. Import the Theme into StoreConnect

• In Salesforce, open the StoreConnect app.

• Go to:

  • StoreConnect Navigation → Themes → Import Theme.

• Click Choose File → select the .zip file you just downloaded.

• Click Open, then Next.

3. Complete the Theme Import Wizard

• The system will verify theme components.

• Click Next when validation completes.

• Provide a Name for the theme (e.g. Souvenir Theme).

• Click Next again.

Ensure the following before proceeding:

• Email Deliverability is set to All Email in Salesforce settings.

• Your Salesforce user email address is verified.

  • If not complete, follow the prompts or click I'll come back.

  • Otherwise, click Let’s do it.

• The theme will now install — this takes just a few seconds.

4. Preview the Theme (Optional)

• Once the theme is installed, click View Theme.

• Use the Preview button to test how the theme looks on your website.

You may need to adjust page layouts and content blocks to suit the new theme’s design.

5. Apply the Theme to Your Store

• Go to:

  • StoreConnect Navigation → Configuration → All Stores.

• Open the Store Record for the store you want to update.

• Under the Theme field:

  • Click Edit, select your newly imported theme.

  • Click Save.

The new theme is now live across your entire store website.

6. Customize and Extend (Optional)

• After installation, you can:

  • Customize the theme layout, typography, and color scheme by editing the theme package files.

  • Add or adjust content blocks for optimal presentation.

  • Create your own custom themes using StoreConnect’s theme framework (covered in the Theme Developer Course).
