1. Configure Trusted URL in Salesforce
Go to Setup in Salesforce (click the gear icon).
Navigate to Security → Trusted URLs.
Click New Trusted URL.
Enter:
A name for your trusted URL.
Your StoreConnect store domain, starting with
https://.
Tick the relevant checkboxes.
Click Save.
2. Open the Customer’s Order
In the StoreConnect app, go to StoreConnect Navigation → Orders → All Orders.
Find and open the order for the customer.
3. Take Payment Over the Phone
In the order view, under Order Actions, click Take Payment.
A list of available payment methods will appear.
Select Credit Card.
Collect the customer’s payment details over the phone.
Enter the details and click Pay Now.
4. Confirm Payment
- Once processed, you’ll see the payment record confirming the transaction.
