▶️ Trigger a product re-index

Step 1: Access Support Portal

  • Go to support.getstoreconnect.com

  • Log in to your account


Step 2: Create a New Case

  • Navigate to “My Cases” and click “New Case”

    • Alternatively, you can use the “Contact Us” option

Step 3: Fill Out the Case Details

  • Case Type: Select Support Actions

  • Subtype: Choose Trigger Reindex

  • Description: Briefly explain why you're requesting the reindex

  • Priority: Set it to Medium

  • Salesforce Org ID: Enter your Salesforce org ID


Step 4: Submit the Case

  • Click Create Case

  • The reindex process will now begin


Step 5: Wait for Reindex Completion

  • The index rebuild can take from a few minutes to a couple of hours

  • Time depends on the number of products and price books
