Design is fully responsive and theme driven. Teams can create custom themes, switch between themes to preview them on live data without disrupting the existing design, and add locales for multiple languages. The CMS is compatible with third-party integrations, client-side JS widgets and analytics tools.

Content can surface Salesforce data directly by mapping objects and fields onto storefront pages, enabling highly personalized displays. Menus are managed within Salesforce and can be set dynamically via record relationships for header, footer and other navigation; menus may reference products, pages, articles or external URLs, and you can choose a default, a defined, or a fully custom menu.
