StoreConnect gives you a single product catalog that powers every selling channel — online storefronts, point of sale, B2B portals, and D2C stores — all from one Salesforce org. Products, pricing, stock, and promotions are managed once and reflected everywhere, in real time.

## Products and catalog structure

The catalog supports the full range of product complexity you need, from simple physical goods to multi-variant configurable products.

- **Products and variants** — define product variants (size, color, material) with individual SKUs, pricing, and stock levels per variant
- **Product traits** — attach structured attributes to products (technical specs, care instructions, compliance data) without creating variants
- **Product categories and tags** — organize your catalog with a flexible category tree and searchable tags; categories and tags can vary per store
- **Restricted products** — limit product visibility or purchase to specific customer segments, account types, or membership tiers

## Pricing and price books

Pricing is managed through Salesforce price books, giving you granular control across segments and channels.

- Multiple price books per store, per account, and per membership tier
- Account-level pricing for B2B customers
- Per-store base currency with multi-currency support across storefronts
- Subscription pricing for recurring products

## Promotions and discounts

StoreConnect's promotions engine supports sophisticated discount logic without custom code.

- **Tiered promotions** — discounts that increase with order value or quantity
- **Stackable promotions** — multiple promotions can apply to a single order, with configurable stacking rules
- **Liquid-based conditions** — write flexible promotion conditions using Liquid, targeting specific products, categories, customer attributes, or cart contents
- **Automatic and code-based discounts** — promotions can apply automatically at checkout or require a discount code
- **Store-level and per-product scoping** — restrict promotions to specific stores or product lines

## Delivery windows

Customers can select a preferred delivery window at checkout — for businesses where scheduled delivery is part of the product experience, such as food, beverage, and subscription boxes. See [Delivery windows](delivery-windows).

## Combined checkout
