Open your **Products** list in StoreConnect.\n2.  Select **New**. \n3.  Give the voucher product a name and complete the basic details.\n4.  Optional*:* Select the **Virtual** option if this is a virtual-only voucher, requiring no shipping.\n5. Select the **Is Voucher** option.\n7.  Set any requirements for when the voucher is used:\n    -   **Activation**: an activation code is required before the voucher can be spent.\n    -   **Contact when activated**: a contact email is required when the voucher is activated.\n    -   **PIN**: a PIN must be entered at checkout before the voucher can be applied. Set the PIN value on each individual Voucher record in Salesforce after the voucher is created (see [Voucher Object Reference](voucher-object-reference) → **PIN** field).\n8.  Optional: select **Voucher Uses Assets** if this voucher product represents a physical asset (such as a pre-printed gift card). When enabled, StoreConnect automatically links a pre-created [Asset Object Reference](asset-object-reference) record to the voucher at the time of purchase — on both web checkout and POS. Assets must be pre-created in Salesforce before customers can purchase this product in either channel — if no asset is available, the product will not be purchasable.\n9.  Select a **Voucher Usage** option:\n    -   **Store:** Voucher can only be used on the store where it was purchased.\n    -   **Store Group:** Voucher can be used on the purchasing store and any store in its store group.\n    -   **Any Store:** Voucher can be used on any store in your organization (subject to currency matching).\n10.  Select a **Voucher Email Template**.\n11.  Complete any remaining product configurations (description, images, etc.).\n12.  Click **Save.**\n\nTo make the voucher product purchasable, make sure it meets the [minimum requirements for visibility](product-listing-minimum-requirements)."}
