Flywire is designed as a payment gateway that supports standard checkout, subscriptions, and preauthorization, but cannot be used for express checkout.\n\n## What you need\n\n-   [Flywire checkout](https://www.flywire.com/platform/integrations/checkout)\n-   Minimal code and admin know-how\n\n## Get credentials from Flywire\n\nFlywire provides credentials that you can use in the **API key** and **API secret** fields in the StoreConnect config.\n\n## Configure Flywire in StoreConnect \n\n1.  Open StoreConnect and go to **Settings \u003e Payments \u003e Payment providers**.\n2.  Select **New**. Complete the fields as follows, then **Save**:\n\n| StoreConnect field | Select or enter                                        |\n|--------------------|--------------------------------------------------------|\n| Name               | Flywire                                                |\n| Provider           | Select Flywire from the list                           |\n| API Mode           | production or sandbox                                  |\n| API Key            | # Frontend API key (supplied by Flywire)               |\n| API Secret         | # (Backend) API key (supplied by Flywire)              |\n| API Options        | recipient_id: your-recipient-id\u003cbr\u003econtact_student_id: student_id__c |\n\nThe `recipient_id` is supplied by Flywire and is optional — it is auto-discovered if not set.
