The **Salesforce production Org ID** recorded here is what links your account to your production org, so support can find the right org when you raise a case. ## Before you start You need the **Admin** permission on your portal user to change company information. If the fields are not available to you, ask a colleague who has admin access, or see [Manage who can access the support portal](support-portal-users). ## Update your company information 1. Sign in to the [support portal](sign-in-to-the-support-portal). 2. Go to **Company details**. 3. Update any of the following under **Company information**: - **Company name** - **Company phone** - **Website** - **Company description** — a short description of your company, visible internally for context. - **Salesforce production Org ID** — associates your StoreConnect-managed account with your production org. 4. Select **Save changes**. Your changes appear immediately under **Company information**. :::tip Your 15-character Salesforce Org ID is in Salesforce Setup, under **Company Information**. [Granting support access to your Salesforce org](granting-support-access-to-your-salesforce-org) walks through finding it. ::: ## Who receives admin and billing notifications **Communication preferences** on this page lists two groups: - **Admin alerts** — everyone who receives administrative notifications. - **Billing recipients** — everyone who receives invoices and billing notifications. Both lists are read only here.
