Access SEO Settings on the Store Record**\n\n-   Open your **StoreConnect app** in **Salesforce**.\n\n-   Navigate to your **Store Record** (example: *Steve’s Emporium*).\n\n-   Go to the **Content** tab → click **More** → select **SEO and Site Data**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Configure SEO Fields**\n\n-   In the **SEO and Site Data** section, you can configure the following fields:\n\n    -   **Meta Title**:\n\n        -   This is the **title** shown at the top of the browser window.\n\n        -   Also displayed in search engine results.\n\n    -   **Meta Description**:\n\n        -   A short **description** of the store.\n\n        -   Shown in search engine results to describe your site.\n\n    -   **Meta Keywords**:\n\n        -   Keywords to help search engines **index your store**.\n\n        -   Enter multiple keywords separated by **commas**.\n\n    -   **Social Image**:\n\n        -   An image that represents your store when links are shared on **social media**.\n\n        -   Select from your **media library**.\n\n-   After filling in these fields, click **Save** to apply changes.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Add SEO to Individual Product Records**\n\n-   Navigate to an **Individual Product Record** (example: *Steve Plushy*).\n\n-   Go to **More** → select **SEO**.\n\n-   Configure the same SEO fields:\n\n    -   **Meta Title**.\n\n    -   **Meta Description**.\n\n    -   **Meta Keywords**.\n\n    -   **Social Image**.\n\n-   Additional product-specific options:\n\n    -   Include the product in the **Google Merchant Feed**.\n\n    -   Provide **item condition** and **search description** for the feed.\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Add SEO to Pages**\n\n-   Navigate to an **Individual Page Record** (example: *Homepage*).\n\n-   Scroll to the **SEO Detail** section.\n\n-   Configure:\n\n    -   **Meta Title**.\n\n    -   **Meta Description**.\n\n    -   **Meta Keywords**.\n\n    -   **Social Image**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Add SEO to Articles**\n\n-   Navigate to an **Article Record**.\n\n-   Open its **SEO Detail** section.\n\n-   Configure:\n\n    -   **Meta Title**.\n\n    -   **Meta Description**.\n\n    -   **Meta Keywords**.\n\n    -   **Social Image**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Understand SEO Data Hierarchy**\n\n-   SEO in StoreConnect operates in a **hierarchy**.\n\n-   If an article, page, or product does **not have SEO data**, StoreConnect can **fall back** to SEO data from higher-level records.\n\n-   Hierarchy of SEO fallback:\n\n    1.  Product SEO\n\n    2.  Product Category SEO\n\n    3.  Article SEO\n\n    4.  Article Category SEO\n\n    5.  Page SEO\n\n    6.  Locations SEO\n\n    7.  Location Group SEO\n\n    8.  Stores SEO (default fallback)."}
