Enable Shipping for Your Store**\n\n-   Open the **StoreConnect App** in Salesforce.\n\n-   Open the **StoreConnect Navigation** (bottom right).\n\n-   Go to **Configuration \u003e Stores \u003e All Stores**.\n\n-   Select your store and click **Edit**.\n\n-   Scroll down to the **Shipping** section.\n\n-   Check the box to **enable shipping**.\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Create a Stock Location for Click and Collect**\n\n-   Under **Key Relationships**, go to **Stock Locations**.\n\n-   Click **New** to create a stock location:\n\n    -   Select your **store**.\n\n    -   Give the location a **name** and mark it as **Active**.\n\n    -   In **Fulfillment Options**, choose:\n\n        -   **Click and Collect only**, or\n\n        -   **Shipping and Click and Collect**.\n\n    -   Enter the **address** of the location.\n\n    -   Optional:\n\n        -   Require available stock to show at checkout.\n\n        -   Enter estimated **wait time** (in days) for customer notification.\n\n-   Click **Save** to create and assign the location.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Set Up a Collection Point**\n\n-   Go to **StoreConnect Navigation \u003e Configuration \u003e Locations**.\n\n-   Scroll to **Collection Points** and click **New**:\n\n    -   Select the **stock location** created earlier.\n\n    -   Enter a **name** for the collection point.\n\n    -   Choose the **store** it belongs to.\n\n    -   Set a **lead time** (e.g., 4 hours before order can be collected).\n\n    -   Optional: Add a **description** or **phone number**.\n\n    -   Make sure it’s **Active**, then click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Enable Pickup for the Product**\n\n-   Open the **product record** (e.g., Steve’s Mystery Box).\n\n-   Click **Edit**, then:\n\n    -   Under **Stock Information**, check **Track Inventory**.\n\n    -   Scroll to **Shipping Methods** and enable **Pickup in Store**.\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Set Product Stock at the Collection Location**\n\n-   Go to the **Stock Location** you created.\n\n-   Click **Edit** and:\n\n    -   Use **Set Quantity** to define initial stock (e.g., 50 units).\n\n    -   Optional: Check **Allow Backorder** to let customers purchase even with no stock.\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n-   The record now shows **Available to Sell** and **Count on Hand** values.\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Test the Click and Collect Setup**\n\n-   Visit your store’s website.\n\n-   Add the product to the **cart** and proceed to **checkout**.\n\n-   Under the **Delivery** section:\n\n    -   Click and Collect will be available.\n\n    -   Choose the **collection point** (if more than one is configured).\n\n    -   Customer selects a **preferred collection date**.\n\n-   Once the order is placed, the customer is notified of:\n\n    -   **Collection date**\n\n    -   **Lead time**\n\n    -   **Collection point address**"}
