Set Up Your EasyShip Account**\n\n1.  Go to [**easyship.com**](https://easyship.com).\n\n2.  **Sign up** for an account.\n\n3.  From your **Easyship Dashboard**:\n\n    -   Click **Create an API**.\n\n    -   Scroll down and click **API Integration**.\n\n    -   Under **Integration Type**, select *My platform isn’t listed*.\n\n    -   Enter **StoreConnect** for both *Platform Name* and *Integration Name*.\n\n    -   Click **Connect**.\n\n4.  Copy the **Access Token** provided — you’ll need this later.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Add Easyship as a Shipping Provider Option in Salesforce**\n\n### Add to Shipping Provider Picklist\n\n1.  In **Salesforce**, click **Setup** → **Object Manager**.\n\n2.  Search for **Shipping Provider** object.\n\n3.  Go to **Fields \u0026 Relationships** → open the **Provider** field (Picklist).\n\n4.  Add a new picklist value: `Easyship` (with a capital **E**, case sensitive).\n\n5.  Click **Save**.\n\n\n### Add to Product Shipping Methods Picklist\n\n1.  In **Object Manager**, locate the **Product** object.\n\n2.  Go to **Fields \u0026 Relationships** → open **Shipping Methods** field.\n\n3.  Add a new picklist value: `Easyship`.\n\n4.  Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Configure Easyship in StoreConnect**\n\n1.  In **StoreConnect Navigation**, search for **Shipping Providers**.\n\n2.  Click **New** to add a shipping provider.\n\n3.  Configure:\n\n    -   **Store** → select your store.\n\n    -   **Provider** → select *Easyship*.\n\n    -   Set **Zone**, **Shipping Provider Services**, and ensure it is **Active**.\n\n    -   **API URL** → enter:\n        `[https://api.easyship.com](https://api.easyship.com)`\n\n    -   **API Environment** → leave blank.\n\n    -   **API Key** → paste the *Access Token* from Easyship.\n\n    -   **API Secret** → enter `X`.\n\n4.  Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Assign Products to Easyship**\n\n1.  In **StoreConnect Navigation**, go to **All Products**.\n\n2.  Select a product → click **Edit**.\n\n3.  Scroll down to **Shipping Methods** → add *Easyship*.\n\n4.  Ensure **Shipping Weight** and **Dimensions** are entered (required by Easyship).\n\n5.  Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Configure Stock Locations**\n\n1.  In **StoreConnect Navigation**, search for your **Store Record** → open it.\n\n2.  Go to **Stock Locations**.\n\n3.  Create or edit a stock location with:\n\n    -   **Address**\n\n    -   **Contact Name**\n\n    -   **Email Address**\n\n    -   **Phone Number**\n        *(All required by Easyship.)*\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Set Up Taxes**\n\n-   Ensure you have **applicable taxes** configured in StoreConnect:\n\n    -   Easyship will charge its own tax — if you don’t collect it at checkout, you’ll pay the difference.\n\n\n---\n\n### **7\\. Test Easyship Integration**\n\n1.  Go to your **Storefront**.\n\n2.  Purchase a product → go through checkout.\n\n3.  Under **Delivery**, you should see **Easyship shipping options** with accurate pricing.\n\n4.  Select an option → continue checkout → complete the order.\n\n\n---\n\n### **8\\. Manage Shipping Carrier Products**\n\n1.  In **StoreConnect Navigation**, search for **Shipping Carrier Products**.\n\n2.  View and manage the list of carrier options imported from Easyship:\n\n    -   Change **Display Name** or add **Additional Instructions**.\n\n    -   Deactivate any options you do not want shown at checkout.\n\n    -   Monitor this list periodically, as it can update automatically based on Easyship changes.\n\n\n---\n\n### **9\\. Ship the Order**\n\n1.  In **Salesforce**, find your **Order** → open it.\n\n2.  Go to **Shipments** tab.\n\n3.  Check which **Shipping Carrier Product** was selected.\n\n4.  Change **Status** to **Ready to Ship** → click **Save**.\n\n5.  Within 15 minutes, shipment data is sent to Easyship.\n\n\n---\n\n### **10\\. Finalize Shipment in Easyship**\n\n1.  In your **Easyship Dashboard**, go to **Create Shipments**.\n\n2.  After 15 minutes, refresh → your shipment should appear.\n\n3.  Review shipment details (dimensions, weight, product info).\n\n4.  Click **Ship** and follow Easyship’s prompts to complete the shipping process."}
