Create a Shipping Zone**\n\n-   Open the **StoreConnect App** in Salesforce.\n\n-   Go to **StoreConnect Navigation \u003e Configuration \u003e Locations \u003e Zones**.\n\n-   Click **New** to create a zone (e.g., “Australia”) and click **Save**.\n\n-   Under **Zone Identifiers**, add:\n\n    -   **Countries**\n\n    -   **States**\n\n    -   **Postcodes**\n\n    -   **Cities**\n\n-   For example, to add all of Australia:\n\n    -   Add a new **Zone Country**, name it, and set the country code to **Australia**.\n\n\n*Zones are fully customizable — they can represent anything from entire countries to specific regions or postcodes.*\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Enable Shipping for Your Store**\n\n-   Go to **StoreConnect Navigation \u003e Configuration \u003e Stores**.\n\n-   Select your store and click **Edit**.\n\n-   Scroll to the **Shipping** section and check **Enable Shipping**.\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Create a Shipping Rate**\n\n-   Go to **StoreConnect Navigation \u003e Configuration \u003e Fulfillment \u003e Shipping Rates**.\n\n-   Click **New** and enter:\n\n    -   **Name** (e.g., “Standard Post”)\n\n    -   **Store** and **Zone**\n\n    -   **Shipping Method** (e.g., Regular Post)\n\n    -   **Calculation Method**:\n\n        -   By **Price**, **Weight**, or **Price and Weight**\n\n    -   **Currency Unit** (e.g., dollars)\n\n    -   Optional: **Custom instructions** for customers\n\n-   Define pricing conditions:\n\n    -   **Minimum Order Price or Weight** (e.g., $0 or 0kg)\n\n    -   **Maximum if applicable**\n\n    -   **Flat Rate Cost** (e.g., $10)\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Enable Shipping Methods for Products**\n\n-   Go to **StoreConnect Navigation \u003e Products \u003e Product List View**.\n\n-   Select a product (e.g., Steve Plushy) and click **Edit**.\n\n-   Scroll to **Shipping** and add the appropriate **Shipping Methods** (e.g., Regular Post, Express Post).\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Test Shipping at Checkout**\n\n-   Go to your **StoreConnect store** website.\n\n-   Add the product to the cart and proceed to **checkout**.\n\n-   After entering delivery info:\n\n    -   The configured **shipping options** (e.g., Standard Post $10) appear in the **Delivery section**.\n\n-   Complete the purchase and confirm the **shipping cost** was applied correctly.\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Add Express Shipping (Optional)**\n\n-   Go to your existing **Standard Post** shipping rate.\n\n-   Click **Clone** to duplicate it.\n\n-   Rename the copy to **Express Post**.\n\n-   Change the **Shipping Method** to Express and increase the price (e.g., $20).\n\n-   Save it and add **Express Post** to the relevant products' shipping methods.\n\n\n---\n\n### **7\\. Configure Shipping by Weight**\n\n-   In a shipping rate, set **Calculation Method** to **Weight**.\n\n-   Set **Base Rate** (e.g., $10) and **Per-Kilogram Rate** (e.g., $2/kg).\n\n-   Set **Minimum and Maximum Weight Range** (e.g., 0 to 9.99kg).\n\n-   Save the rate.\n\n\n**Important**: You must assign a **Shipping Weight** to each product for this to work:\n\n-   Edit the product.\n\n-   Set **Shipping Weight** (e.g., 1kg) and unit (e.g., kilograms).\n\n-   Save.\n\n\n---\n\n### **8\\. Add Tiered Shipping Rates for Heavy Orders**\n\n-   Clone your current weight-based shipping rate.\n\n-   Set **New Minimum Weight** (e.g., 10kg) and remove the maximum.\n\n-   Increase base and per-kg rates (e.g., $25 base + $4/kg).\n\n-   Use the same **Display Name** (e.g., “Standard Post”) so the customer sees a unified option.\n\n\n---\n\n### **9\\. (Optional) Connect External Shipping Providers**\n\n-   StoreConnect also supports integration with **external shipping providers**, allowing real-time rates.\n\n-   This can be configured separately and uses provider-specific settings."}
