Locate the Transactional Emails Section**\n\n-   In the **StoreConnect Dashboard**, go to:\n\n    -   **StoreConnect Navigation** → **Configuration** → **Stores** → **All Stores**.\n\n-   Open your **store record**.\n\n-   Go to the **Additional Relationships** tab.\n\n-   Under **Transactional Emails**, click **View All** to see the default transactional emails.\n\n    -   Emails here can be **enabled**, **disabled**, and **modified**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Understand the Transactional Email Settings**\n\n-   Each email has the following columns:\n\n    -   **Enabled** → whether the email is active.\n\n    -   **Order Status** → the order status that triggers the email.\n\n        -   Example: Open an **Order Record** and view the order statuses at the top to understand what status will trigger an email.\n\n    -   **Checkout Step** → the checkout stage that affects sending the email.\n\n    -   **Cart Abandoned** → whether this applies to abandoned cart emails.\n\n    -   **Email Template** → the content/template used for the email.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Configure an Individual Transactional Email**\n\n-   Select an email (e.g. **Order Payment Success**) and click **Edit**.\n\n-   Configure the following fields:\n\n    -   **Enabled/Disabled**.\n\n    -   **Store** it belongs to.\n\n    -   Whether it relates to an **abandoned cart**.\n\n    -   The **Email Template** used.\n\n    -   The **Order Status** it responds to.\n\n    -   The **Checkout Step** it responds to.\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. View and Edit Email Templates**\n\n-   Go to Salesforce **Setup** (click the cog icon).\n\n-   In the **Quick Find** bar, search for **Classic Email Templates**.\n\n-   Open the folder **StoreConnect Templates**.\n\n-   Locate and open the desired template (e.g. **Order Payment Success**).\n\n-   View a preview and click **Edit Properties** to modify:\n\n    -   **Name** of the template.\n\n    -   **Folder** assignment.\n\n    -   **Internal Description**.\n\n    -   **Subject line**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Edit the Template Content**\n\n-   To fully edit the email, click **Edit Template** to open the HTML editor.\n\n-   Note: StoreConnect templates may be **managed** (some properties may not be editable).\n\n-   To create a fully editable version:\n\n    -   Click **Clone** to duplicate the template.\n\n    -   Provide a **new name** and **description**.\n\n    -   Save your cloned template.\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Apply the Cloned Template (if used)**\n\n-   After cloning:\n\n    -   Go back to **Transactional Emails**.\n\n    -   Edit the relevant email record.\n\n    -   Update the **Template API Name** to match your new clone.\n\n    -   The system will now send the **new template** instead of the old one.\n\n\n---\n\n### **7\\. View Email History for an Order**\n\n-   In an **individual order record**:\n\n    -   Go to **Activities** to view a complete history of all emails sent to the customer.\n\n    -   Example: See if the **Payment Success** email was sent.\n\n\n---\n\n### **8\\. Prevent Emails for a Specific Order**\n\n-   If needed, stop transactional emails for a specific order:\n\n    -   Click **More** → **Notifications**.\n\n    -   Uncheck **Send Confirmation Emails**.\n\n    -   This prevents future transactional emails for that order.\n\n\n---\n\n### **9\\. Configure Additional Standard Emails**\n\n-   In your **Store Record**, go to the **Email** tab.\n\n-   Configure templates for the following additional standard emails:\n\n    -   **Customer Email Address Confirmation Email**.\n\n    -   **Contact Invitation Email**.\n\n    -   **Reset Password Notification Email**.\n\n-   You can also configure the **email address from which emails are sent**."}
