Navigate to the Articles Section**\n\n-   In **Salesforce**, open the **StoreConnect app**.\n\n-   Go to:\n\n    -   **StoreConnect Navigation** → **Custom Content** → **Articles** → **All Articles**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Create a New Article**\n\n-   Click **New** to start a new article.\n\n-   Fill in the following fields:\n\n    -   **Name** → internal name for the article (e.g. *Doing the Basics Right*).\n\n    -   **Store** → select the store this article belongs to.\n\n    -   **Path** → URL slug (e.g. `/doing-the-basics-right`).\n\n    -   **Identifier** → automatically created but can be changed later.\n\n    -   **Author** → assign an author if needed.\n\n    -   **Require Login** → check if article should only be viewable to logged-in users.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Add Content and Imagery**\n\n-   **Hero Image**:\n\n    -   Select or upload a **main image** for the article.\n\n-   **Title \u0026 Subtitle**:\n\n    -   Enter the **Title** (shown on the page).\n\n    -   Enter a **Subtitle** (optional).\n\n-   **Summary**:\n\n    -   Provide a brief description for previews or lists.\n\n-   **Main Content**:\n\n    -   Use the two **Main Content Fields** for writing your article (can include rich text, images, and HTML).\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Set Publishing Options**\n\n-   **Publishing Schedule**:\n\n    -   Choose to **Publish Immediately**, or\n\n    -   Set a **Future Date** for automatic publication.\n\n-   **SEO Settings**:\n\n    -   Add **Meta Title**, **Meta Description**, **Keywords**, and **Social Image** if needed.\n\n-   Click **Save** to publish or schedule the article.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. View the Published Article**\n\n-   Click the link to **Preview** the article.\n\n-   You’ll see the article rendered on your store's site using the StoreConnect theme.\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Organize Articles with Categories**\n\n-   On the **Article Record**, go to the **Related tab** → **Content Category Articles** → click **New**.\n\n-   From there:\n\n    -   Create a new **Article Category**.\n\n    -   Configure:\n\n        -   **Name** (e.g. *Tips \u0026 Advice*).\n\n        -   **Store**.\n\n        -   **Path** (URL slug for the category page).\n\n        -   Optional: assign a **Category Type**, **Social Media Image**, and **List Position**.\n\n        -   You can also create **Category Hierarchies** for larger organization.\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n\nYour article will now be part of the selected category and visible under that section on your site.\n\n---\n\n### **7\\. (Optional) Link Articles in the Website Menu**\n\n-   To make your **Articles Page accessible from the site menu**:\n\n    -   Go to **StoreConnect Navigation** → **Configuration** → **Menus**.\n\n    -   Edit your **Header Menu** → **Add a New Menu Item**.\n\n    -   Set the menu item to link to your **Article Category Page** or a specific article.\n\n    -   Save and refresh your site."}
