Access the Bulk Product Creation Tool**\n\n1.  Go to **Salesforce App Launcher**.\n\n2.  Search for and open **StoreConnect Config App**.\n\n3.  Open **Product Setup**.\n\n4.  Click **Create Bulk Products**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Configure Product Data Table**\n\n1.  You’ll be prompted to configure the **Product Data Table**.\n\n    -   This determines which fields will be included for each new product.\n\n2.  Set **Visible Columns**:\n\n    -   Basic fields (default):\n\n        -   **Product Name**\n\n        -   **Display Name**\n\n        -   **Active** (Yes/No)\n\n        -   **Available On Date**\n\n3.  Add additional fields as needed:\n\n    -   Under **Supplementary**, you can add:\n\n        -   **Brand**\n\n        -   **Condition**\n\n        -   **Product Description**\n\n        -   Many more available options.\n\n4.  Configure **Price Book Entry**:\n\n    -   **List Price**\n\n    -   **Active** (Yes/No)\n\n    -   Other pricing options.\n\n5.  Configure **Product Category**:\n\n    -   Assign categories during bulk creation.\n\n    -   Set as **Active**.\n\n6.  Once configured, click **Save Settings**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Enter Product Data**\n\n### Manually Add Products\n\n1.  Click the **\\+ button** to add rows (one per product).\n\n2.  For each row, enter:\n\n    -   **Product Name**\n\n    -   **Display Name**\n\n    -   **Active** status\n\n    -   **Track Inventory** (Yes/No)\n\n    -   **Available On Date**\n\n3.  For more fields:\n\n    -   Click **three dots** → enter **Product Description** and other details.\n\n\n### Add Pricing and Category\n\n1.  Use the **Pricing** tab to:\n\n    -   Select **Price Book**.\n\n    -   Set **List Price**.\n\n    -   Set **Active** status.\n\n2.  Use the **Category** tab to:\n\n    -   Select **Product Category**.\n\n    -   Set **Active** status.\n\n\n### Bulk Edit Multiple Rows\n\n-   Select multiple rows → make a change → apply to all selected rows.\n\n-   This is helpful for mass updates (e.g. setting all products to Active).\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Upload from CSV (Optional)**\n\n-   You can also upload products via **CSV file** instead of manual entry.\n\n-   Use the **Upload option** in the interface.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Save and Validate**\n\n1.  Click **Save** to create the products.\n\n2.  If there are any **errors** (e.g. duplicates), an **error warning** will appear next to affected rows.\n\n3.  Review and correct any issues → re-save.\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Verify Created Products**\n\n1.  Go to **Products List View**.\n\n2.  You’ll see your newly created products listed.\n\n3.  Click on any product to verify:\n\n    -   **Price Book Entry** is created.\n\n    -   **Product Category** is assigned.\n\n    -   Now you can upload **media** (images, videos, etc.) to complete setup.\n\n\n---\n\n## Notes\n\n-   You can create a very large volume of new products in a single session.\n\n-   The **Settings Cog Wheel** lets you adjust columns at any time.\n\n-   The tool supports both **manual entry** and **CSV import** for flexibility.\n\n-   Bulk editing multiple rows at once saves time when applying common settings."}
