Access the Product Record**\n\n-   Open the **StoreConnect App** in Salesforce.\n\n-   Go to **StoreConnect Navigation \u003e Products \u003e All Products**.\n\n-   Select the product you want to edit — this will open its **Product Record page**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Edit Basic Product Information**\n\n-   Click the **Edit** button on the product record.\n\n-   You can now:\n\n    -   Change the **Product Name**.\n\n    -   **Deactivate** the product (uncheck the *Active* box) to remove it from the storefront.\n\n    -   Edit the **Summary** field — this is the product’s description shown on your website.\n\n    -   Update other fields like SKU, stock info, metadata, etc.\n\n-   Click **Save** once finished.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Edit Product Pricing**\n\n-   Scroll to the **Price Books** section on the product page.\n\n-   Click the arrow next to the current price and select **Edit**.\n\n-   Update the **price value**, then click **Save**.\n\n\nAfter updating the price, be sure to click **\"Sync Price Changes\"** to apply the changes immediately. (Otherwise, it syncs every 10 minutes.)\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Manage Product Media**\n\n-   Scroll to **Media Used by This Product**.\n\n-   To **remove existing media**, click the dropdown arrow next to the media and select **Delete** (this unlinks it, but does not delete the file).\n\n-   To **add new media**:\n\n    -   Go to the **Content** tab.\n\n    -   Click **“Upload”**, give the media a name, set the file type, and upload from your computer or import via URL.\n\n    -   Click **Save**.\n\n-   To **link existing media**:\n\n    -   Click **New** under “Media Used by This Product”.\n\n    -   Select the media you want to link and **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Assign or Change Product Categories**\n\n-   In the **Categories Containing This Product** section:\n\n    -   Add or remove categories to define where this product appears on your storefront.\n\n    -   Click **Save** when changes are made.\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Use Additional Features**\n\n-   In the **Additional Relationships tab**, you can view all related data, such as:\n\n    -   Discounts\n\n    -   Subscriptions\n\n    -   Memberships\n\n-   You can also:\n\n    -   **Clone the Product** to quickly create a similar one.\n\n    -   **Permanently delete** the product if no longer needed.\n\n\n---\n\n### **7\\. Confirm Your Changes**\n\n-   Visit the product's page on your live website.\n\n-   Click **Refresh** to see your updated product information in real time."}
