In the **StoreConnect Console**, click the **Setup** button in the header actions bar.\n\n2.  Under **Synchronization**, click **Manage sync errors**.\n\n3.  This opens the [Sync Error Tool](sync-error-tool), which shows any **current synchronisation errors**.\n\n    -   You can also access this via the **App Launcher** by searching for **Sync Errors**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **Step 2: Simulating an Example Error (for learning purposes)**\n\nTo simulate a sync error:\n\n1.  Go to **Object Manager** in Salesforce setup.\n\n2.  Edit the **Order** object.\n\n3.  Add a **new custom field** (e.g., text field).\n\n4.  Set this field as **Required**.\n\n5.  Leave it **hidden from the page layout** so it can't be filled in during a normal order.\n\n\nNow when you place a test order through your website:\n\n-   The sync will **fail** due to the **missing required field**.\n\n-   A new sync error will appear in the **Sync Error Tool**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **Step 3: Review the Sync Error Details**\n\n1.  Open the **sync error record** from the list.\n\n2.  Use the **dropdown arrow** → select **Wrap Text** to view the full error message.\n\n3.  Click the **Information icon** next to the error for a suggested fix.\n\n\nIn our example, the message might say: “Required field 'Let’s create trouble\\_\\_c' not populated.”\n\n---\n\n### **Step 4: Fix the Underlying Issue**\n\nYou have several options to resolve the problem:\n\n-   **Remove the “Required” status** from the problematic field.\n\n-   **Assign a default value** so it’s always filled in automatically.\n\n-   **Manually update the affected records** to include valid values.\n\n\nIn our scenario:\n\n-   Go back to **Setup → Object Manager → Order → Fields**.\n\n-   Edit the custom field.\n\n-   **Deselect \"Required\"** or add a **default value**.\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **Step 5: Resync the error records**\n\n1.  Return to the [Sync Error Tool](sync-error-tool) (Setup \u003e Synchronization \u003e Manage sync errors).\n\n2.  Select all the errored records.\n\n3.  Click the **Resync** button.\n\n\nIf the issue is resolved, the records will now sync successfully.\nYour **sync error list should now be empty**.\n\n---\n\n### **Step 6: Confirm Successful Synchronization**\n\n-   Refresh the **orders list view** or relevant object list.\n\n-   Verify that the previously failing records are now fully synced and visible."}
