Open Login Access Settings**\n\n-   Click on your **profile avatar** in the top-right corner of Salesforce.\n\n-   Select **Settings** from the dropdown menu.\n\n-   In the left-hand menu, click on **“Grant Account Login Access.”**\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Grant Access to StoreConnect**\n\n-   Find the section labeled **“StoreConnect Pty Limited Support.”**\n\n-   Use the dropdown to choose how long to grant access:\n\n    -   **1 Day**\n\n    -   **3 Days**\n\n    -   **1 Week**\n\n    -   **1 Month**\n\n-   Select your desired time period.\n\n-   Click **Save** to confirm access.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Find and Share Your Org ID**\n\n-   Click the **Cog icon** in the top-right corner and choose **Setup**.\n\n-   In the **Quick Find** search box, type **Company Information**.\n\n-   Click on **Company Information**.\n\n-   Locate the **Salesforce.com Organization ID** field — this is your **Org ID**.\n\n-   **Copy the Org ID** and **send it to the StoreConnect support team**, so they can access the correct org."}
