# ▶️ Grant access to Salesforce

### **1\. Open Login Access Settings**

-   Click on your **profile avatar** in the top-right corner of Salesforce.

-   Select **Settings** from the dropdown menu.

-   In the left-hand menu, click on **“Grant Account Login Access.”**

### **2\. Grant Access to StoreConnect**

-   Find the section labeled **“StoreConnect Pty Limited Support.”**

-   Use the dropdown to choose how long to grant access:

    -   **1 Day**

    -   **3 Days**

    -   **1 Week**

    -   **1 Month**

-   Select your desired time period.

-   Click **Save** to confirm access.

### **3\. Find and Share Your Org ID**

-   Click the **Cog icon** in the top-right corner and choose **Setup**.

-   In the **Quick Find** search box, type **Company Information**.

-   Click on **Company Information**.

-   Locate the **Salesforce.com Organization ID** field — this is your **Org ID**.

-   **Copy the Org ID** and **send it to the StoreConnect support team**, so they can access the correct org.
