Access the Product Uploader**\n\n1.  Go to **App Launcher** and search for **StoreConnect Config App**.\n\n2.  Open **StoreConnect Config App**.\n\n3.  From the dropdown menu, select **Product Setup**.\n\n4.  Click **Import Products**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Prepare the CSV File**\n\n1.  You’ll see a history of any previous imports. To start a new one, click **New Import**.\n\n2.  Download the **Sample CSV file** provided.\n\n3.  Open the CSV and edit it to add your products:\n\n    -   Basic fields include:\n        *Product Name*, *Display Name*, *Active Status*, *Available On Date*, *Price Book Entry*, *Currency*, *Price*, *Product Category*, *Position in Category*, *Variant Info*, *Media URLs*, etc.\n\n    -   You can add or remove columns as needed.\n\n4.  Notes:\n\n    -   Up to **10,000 rows** per upload.\n\n    -   Each product can include:\n\n        -   Up to **5 Price Book Entries**.\n\n        -   Up to **5 Product Categories**.\n\n        -   Up to **5 Variants**.\n\n        -   Up to **5 Media Files**.\n\n    -   Max capacity: **260,000 individual records** in one CSV.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Upload the CSV and Map Fields**\n\n1.  Save your edited **CSV file**.\n\n2.  Upload the CSV in the **New Import** screen.\n\n3.  Map CSV columns to **Salesforce target fields**:\n\n    -   Click **Auto Match** to attempt to automatically map fields.\n\n    -   Manually adjust any unmapped fields (e.g. Currency if not applicable).\n\n4.  Click **Next**.\n\n5.  Review and verify the field mappings.\n\n6.  Click **Import Data**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Review Import Results**\n\n1.  Wait for the import to complete (status will show **Completed**).\n\n2.  Click **View Results**:\n\n    -   Download and check the **Success Log** for successful imports.\n\n    -   Download and check the **Error Log** for any errors (e.g. duplicate product names).\n\n3.  If errors occur:\n\n    -   Correct the CSV.\n\n    -   Re-upload and re-run the import.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Reimporting CSV (Safe Re-import)**\n\n-   The import process is **idempotent**:\n\n    -   You can upload the same CSV again.\n\n    -   Existing product records will be matched and not overwritten or duplicated.\n\n    -   Only **new records** will be added.\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Verify Imported Products**\n\n1.  Go to:\n    **StoreConnect Navigation → Products List View**.\n\n2.  Check imported products:\n\n    -   Confirm visibility on site.\n\n    -   Confirm **Price Book Entries**.\n\n    -   Confirm **Media** is linked and visible.\n\n    -   Confirm **Variants** (if applicable).\n\n3.  Preview products on your **website** to ensure they are correctly displayed."}
