Login uses single sign-on (SSO), so you sign in with your Google or Microsoft work account and there is no separate StoreConnect password.\n\n1.  **Go to the Portal**\n    Visit [support.storeconnect.com](https://support.storeconnect.com).\n2.  **Select Log in**\n    Find and select **Log in** in the top right corner.\n\n3.  **Pick your single sign-on provider**\n    Select **Continue with Google** or **Continue with Microsoft**, whichever provider hosts your work email address, then complete the sign-in prompts from that provider. There is no separate StoreConnect password.\n\n4.  **Access Support Features**\n    Once logged in, you’ll have access to:\n\n    -   **My StoreConnect** – View your orders\n\n    -   **StoreConnect Academy** – Direct learning access\n\n    -   **My Cases** – Submit new support cases\n\n    -   **Contact Us** – Easily contact support with pre-filled, verified info\n\nFor more on what you can do once you are signed in, including logging a case and resetting a password, see [StoreConnect support](storeconnect-support)."}
