# ▶️ Log in to the support portal

Use the StoreConnect support portal to view your orders, log support cases, and reach the StoreConnect Academy. Login uses single sign-on (SSO), so you sign in with your Google or Microsoft work account and there is no separate StoreConnect password.

1.  **Go to the Portal**
    Visit [support.storeconnect.com](https://support.storeconnect.com).
2.  **Select Log in**
    Find and select **Log in** in the top right corner.

3.  **Pick your single sign-on provider**
    Select **Continue with Google** or **Continue with Microsoft**, whichever provider hosts your work email address, then complete the sign-in prompts from that provider. There is no separate StoreConnect password.

4.  **Access Support Features**
    Once logged in, you’ll have access to:

    -   **My StoreConnect** – View your orders

    -   **StoreConnect Academy** – Direct learning access

    -   **My Cases** – Submit new support cases

    -   **Contact Us** – Easily contact support with pre-filled, verified info
