Open Salesforce Setup**\n\n-   Click the **Cog** **icon** in the top-right corner of Salesforce.\n\n-   Click **Setup**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Navigate to Organization-Wide Addresses**\n\n-   In the **left sidebar**, go to:\n\n    -   **Administration** → **Email** → **Organization-Wide Addresses**.\n\n-   Click **Add** to create a new one.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Fill in Email Details**\n\n-   **Display Name**: The **name customers will see** in their inbox.\n\n    -   Example: `Customer Support`, `Steve’s Emporium`, or `Billing Department`.\n\n-   **Email Address**: The **email address** that Salesforce will send from.\n\n    -   Example: `support@yourcompany.com`.\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Choose the Purpose**\n\n-   **User Selection**:\n\n    -   Allows users to choose **between their personal address and the org-wide address** when sending emails.\n\n-   **No Reply Address**:\n\n    -   Used for **automated emails** like receipts, account notifications, or system alerts that don’t need responses.\n\n-   You can also enable **both options**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Assign to User Profiles**\n\n-   Choose which **Salesforce profiles** can use this email address.\n\n    -   To allow **everyone** to use it: select **All Profiles**.\n\n    -   To limit access: hold **Ctrl (Windows)** or **Cmd (Mac)** and select specific profiles.\n\n\n---\n\n### **6\\. Save and Verify**\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n-   Salesforce will now **send a verification email** to the address you entered.\n\n-   Open that email and click the **verification link**.\n\n\nOnce verified, the **organization-wide address** is **active and ready to use** in Salesforce."}
