Configure Trusted URL in Salesforce**\n\n-   Go to **Setup** in Salesforce (click the gear icon).\n\n-   Navigate to **Security** → **Trusted URLs**.\n\n-   Click **New Trusted URL**.\n\n-   Enter:\n\n    -   A **name** for your trusted URL.\n\n    -   Your **StoreConnect store domain**, starting with `https://`.\n\n-   Tick the relevant checkboxes.\n\n-   Click **Save**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Open the Customer’s Order**\n\n-   In the **StoreConnect app**, go to **StoreConnect Navigation** → **Orders** → **All Orders**.\n\n-   Find and open the **order** for the customer.\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Take Payment Over the Phone**\n\n-   In the order view, under **Order Actions**, click **Take Payment**.\n\n-   A list of available **payment methods** will appear.\n\n-   Select **Credit Card**.\n\n-   Collect the customer’s **payment details** over the phone.\n\n-   Enter the details and click **Pay Now**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Confirm Payment**\n\n-   Once processed, you’ll see the **payment record** confirming the transaction."}
