# ▶️ Take payments over the phone

### **1\. Configure Trusted URL in Salesforce**

-   Go to **Setup** in Salesforce (click the gear icon).

-   Navigate to **Security** → **Trusted URLs**.

-   Click **New Trusted URL**.

-   Enter:

    -   A **name** for your trusted URL.

    -   Your **StoreConnect store domain**, starting with `https://`.

-   Tick the relevant checkboxes.

-   Click **Save**.

### **2\. Open the Customer’s Order**

-   In the **StoreConnect app**, go to **StoreConnect Navigation** → **Orders** → **All Orders**.

-   Find and open the **order** for the customer.

### **3\. Take Payment Over the Phone**

-   In the order view, under **Order Actions**, click **Take Payment**.

-   A list of available **payment methods** will appear.

-   Select **Credit Card**.

-   Collect the customer’s **payment details** over the phone.

-   Enter the details and click **Pay Now**.

### **4\. Confirm Payment**

-   Once processed, you’ll see the **payment record** confirming the transaction.
