Customer Updates Their Own Information (Frontend)**\n\n-   When a new order is placed, **a customer account is automatically created**.\n\n-   The customer is prompted to **set a password on the website**.\n\n-   After logging in, the customer can go to their **Account page**.\n\n-   On this page, they can:\n\n    -   View and edit **personal information** (e.g., name, email, address).\n\n    -   Review **order history**.\n\n-   **Changes made here are saved instantly** and sync with Salesforce.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Admin Updates Customer Info in Salesforce (Backend)**\n\n-   A Salesforce admin can also update customer info directly:\n\n    -   Go to **Orders** in Salesforce.\n\n    -   Click on the **Account Name** linked to the order.\n\n    -   This opens the customer record where **all customer details can be viewed and edited**.\n\n-   **Any changes made here are also synced** with the customer's website account.\n\n\n---\n\n### **Important Note**\n\n-   **Both methods are fully synchronized**: Updating customer data on either the website or in Salesforce will reflect on the other side automatically."}
