Click **Export Now**.\n\n4.  Select the following objects to export:\n\n    -   **Product2** (Product object)\n\n    -   **Price Book Entry** object.\n\n5.  Click **Start Export**.\n\n6.  You’ll receive an email when the export is ready.\n\n7.  Download the **ZIP file** and extract the CSV files.\n\n\n---\n\n### **2\\. Prepare the Data for Update**\n\n### Sort and Merge Data\n\n1.  Open **Product2 CSV** and **Price Book Entry CSV** in a spreadsheet.\n\n2.  In **Product2 CSV**:\n\n    -   Sort the **ID field** from **Z → A**.\n\n3.  In **Price Book Entry CSV**:\n\n    -   Sort the **Product2 ID field** (associated Product ID) from **Z → A**.\n\n4.  Copy desired fields from **Price Book Entry CSV** (e.g. **ID**, **Unit Price**) and paste into **Product2 CSV**.\n\n5.  Delete any columns not needed for your update.\n\n6.  Remove any rows for products that you do not want to update.\n\n\n### Rename Columns\n\n-   Rename the columns to the correct **StoreConnect import format**:\n\n    -   `Product:ID` → Product ID.\n\n    -   `Product:Product Name` → Product Name.\n\n    -   `Price Book Entry 1:ID` → Price Book Entry ID.\n\n    -   `Price Book Entry 1:List Price` → Price Book Entry List Price.\n\n\n### Make Your Edits\n\n-   Make any necessary changes:\n\n    -   **Product Name**\n\n    -   **Prices**\n\n    -   Any other desired fields.\n\n-   Keep in mind: for large datasets or multi-currency stores, this process may become more complex (refer to official documentation if needed).\n\n\n---\n\n### **3\\. Import the Updated Data**\n\n1.  Export your updated spreadsheet as a **CSV file**.\n\n2.  In **Salesforce App Launcher**, go to **StoreConnect Config App**.\n\n3.  Go to **Product Setup** → click **Import Products**.\n\n4.  Click **New Import** → upload your **CSV file**.\n\n\n### Map Fields\n\n1.  Use **Auto Match** if columns are named correctly:\n\n    -   Product ID → Product Record.\n\n    -   Product Name → Product Name.\n\n    -   Price Book Entry ID → Price Book Entry.\n\n    -   Price Book List Price → List Price.\n\n2.  Verify mappings.\n\n3.  Click **Next**.\n\n\n---\n\n### **4\\. Complete Import and Verify Results**\n\n1.  Click **Import Data**.\n\n2.  Wait a few seconds for the import to complete.\n\n3.  Click **View Results**.\n\n4.  Download the **Success Log** (CSV).\n\n5.  Open log to verify that all records were updated successfully.\n\n\n---\n\n### **5\\. Verify in Salesforce**\n\n1.  Return to **Salesforce** → **Products List View** → refresh the view.\n\n2.  Check updated **Product Names**.\n\n3.  Go into individual products → verify that **Price Book List Price** is updated.\n\n\n---\n\n## Notes\n\n-   This is a simple example for **basic updates**.\n\n-   For more complex updates (multiple currencies, additional fields), refer to **StoreConnect Documentation** or additional training videos.\n\n-   Always test with a **small sample** first if doing bulk updates across many products."}
