Customers can navigate to: [https://your-store-domain.com/check-voucher](https://your-store-domain.com/check-voucher)\n2.  They then enter their voucher **Code**.\n3.  They can view:\n    -   Current balance\n    -   Order history (anonymized)\n    -   Expiry date (if applicable)\n\n## Using vouchers at online checkout\n\nCustomers can apply multiple vouchers to a single order. On the web storefront, vouchers are fully consumed up to their balance—customers cannot choose to apply only part of a voucher's value. (At the POS, staff can take a partial amount—see [Process vouchers at POS](process-vouchers-at-pos).)\n\n1.  The customer adds products to their cart and proceeds to the checkout.\n2.  In the **Voucher Panel** during checkout, the customer enters the voucher **Code.**\n3.  The customer clicks **Apply** or **Add Voucher.**\n4.  StoreConnect validates:\n    -   Voucher code exists\n    -   Voucher has available balance\n    -   Voucher has not expired\n    -   Voucher usage restrictions allow use on this store\n5.  If the voucher is PIN-protected, the customer is prompted to enter the PIN. The voucher is not applied until the correct PIN is entered. An incorrect PIN prevents the voucher from being applied.\n6.  If valid, the voucher amount is applied to the order total.\n7.  If the voucher doesn't cover the full amount, the customer selects a payment method for the remaining balance.\n8.  The customer completes the checkout process.\n\n## Spending vouchers at the POS\n\nVouchers can also be redeemed in-store at the point of sale, where staff select **Voucher** as a payment method, enter the code (and PIN if required), and can take the full balance or a partial amount. Staff can also look up a voucher balance at the register. For the full walkthrough, see [Process vouchers at POS](process-vouchers-at-pos).\n\n## How voucher payments are tracked in StoreConnect.\n\nWhen a voucher is used at checkout:\n\n-   A **Payment** record is created for each voucher applied.\n-   A **Voucher Payment** record (Voucher\\_Payment\\_\\_c) is created to track the spend.\n-   The voucher's remaining balance is automatically calculated.\n-   The voucher can be used on future orders until the balance is depleted or it expires.\n\n## Voucher redemption logging\n\nStoreConnect automatically creates a [Voucher Log](voucher-log-object-reference) record in Salesforce for every voucher event — including redemptions, failed attempts, activations, cancellations, and balance checks. Each log entry captures the event type, date and time, whether it succeeded, and a failure reason if applicable.\n\nTo view the log for a voucher:\n\n1.  Open the **Voucher** record in Salesforce.\n2.  Navigate to the **Voucher Logs** related list.\n\nVoucher Log records are synced to Salesforce and are read-only. They are useful for investigating disputed redemptions or auditing voucher activity.\n\n## Resend voucher emails\n\nVoucher emails are triggered at voucher creation, and can be manually resent later. If a voucher was not received electronically, make sure you check the recipients email address.\n\n1.  Open the **Voucher** record in Salesforce.\n2.  Verify the correct recipient email address.\n3.  Check the **Resend Email** checkbox.\n4.  Click **Save**. The email is resent.\n\nTo verify email delivery check email logs or contact the customer."}
