This is where you can check which StoreConnect version an org is on, find an Org ID, confirm which stores are live, and set the technical and billing contacts for each store.\n\nDepending on your plan, and if you are a client or partner, you might see many or ony a few environment types and organizations.\n\n## Find an org\n\n1.  Go to **My StoreConnect**.\n2.  Filter for the kind of org you want: **Production**, **Demo**, **Sandbox**, **Developer**, or **Other**. Each tab shows how many orgs it holds.\n3.  Use the search filter to find an org by name or ID.\n\nSuspended and uninstalled orgs are hidden by default. Select **Show suspended \u0026 uninstalled** to include them.\n\n:::note\nIf an org is missing entirely, it is not linked to your company yet. Select **Don't see your org?** for how to connect it.\n:::\n\n## What each org shows\n\nEvery org lists:\n\n-   **Org ID** — the Salesforce Org ID, which support asks for when you [log a case](log-a-case).\n-   **Edition** — the Salesforce edition, such as `Unlimited Edition`.\n-   **Installed** and **Org expires** — when StoreConnect was installed, and when the org's license runs out.\n-   **Last deployed** — the most recent deployment to the org.\n-   **Staging URL** — the staging address for the site.\n-   **StoreConnect version** and **Package version** — what the org is currently running.\n-   **Stores** — how many stores are active against how many are licensed, for example `7 active / 20 licensed`.\n\nEach org also carries a status, such as `Active`, and labels for capabilities that are turned on, such as `Live transactions` and `Multi-currency`.\n\n## What each store shows\n\nUnder **Stores**, each store in the org lists its name, its address as a link you can open, its **Timezone**, and the date it first went live. A store that has not been switched to live yet is labeled `Test mode`.\n\n## Set the billing and technical contacts for an org\n\nThese two contacts tell StoreConnect who to approach about an org, so keep them current when people change roles.\n\n1.  Go to **My StoreConnect** and find the org.\n2.  Under **Contacts**, select a **Billing contact**.\n3.  Select a **Technical contact**.\n4.  Select **Save contacts**.\n\nBoth lists offer the people who have access to your company's support portal, so someone must be [invited to the portal](support-portal-users) before you can name them here. Select **— None —** to leave a contact unset.\n\n## Rebuild an org's product index\n\nEach org carries a **Trigger reindex** button. See [How to trigger a reindex from the support portal](how-to-trigger-a-reindex-from-the-support-portal) for when a rebuild is worth requesting and what to expect.\n\n## Shared success figures\n\nEach org also shows the shared success rates and fees applying to it, if applicable. See [StoreConnect fees and billing structure](storeconnect-billing)."}
