Contact your Salesforce account executive if it is not already active.\n:::\n\n1.  Go to the Salesforce **Setup** area. Click the settings cog in the top-right and select **Setup**.\n\n2.  In the **Quick Find** box, search for **Einstein Setup** and select it.\n\n3. Refresh the page.\n\n\n## Activate Agentforce in your Salesforce account\n\n1.  Go to **Agentforce Studio \u003e Agentforce Agents**. \n2. If you use Data360 (formerly Datacloud) and already have content you use for an agent, you’ll be able to reference these in the relevant procedure in this section.\n\nIf you don’t have any existing content, here’s a few topic examples:\n\n-   Answers to common sales questions\n\n-   Product comparison information\n\n-   Stores, locations, and hours of operation\n\n-   Job description (like you would for a person) \n\n\n## Define agent actions and limitations\n\nPrepare a set of actions that you allow the agent to perform, such as:\n\n-   Provide product availability information\n\n-   Provide product specifications\n\n-   Recommend full price products before products on sale\n\n\nPrepare a list of actions you don’t allow the agent to perform, such as:\n\n-   Do not provide cost estimates, always refer to the sales team\n\n-   Do not provide order status or stock availability, refer to support or sales\n\n-   Do not estimate delivery dates, refer to the stock management team"}
