# Enable customers to request product quotes Source: https://support.storeconnect.com/articles/quote-requests · Last modified 21 August 2026 This topic describes how to configure your store and products to show the 'request a quote' option. Watch this video for a demo. ## Enable quotes in your store 1. In your store record, go to the **Products** section. 2. Select the **Enable Quotations** option. 3. Save. ## Show quotation option on a product 1. Go to the **Product** record. 2. Edit the **Pricebook** entry for the product. 3. Enter **Hide Price Text**, for example, Request a quote. This will appear where the price usually does on the product entry. 5. Save. ### How this might look in your store ![Product Information](https://res.cloudinary.com/hzkr6fi81/image/upload/v1781677633/documentation-media/quote-request/quote-request-product.png) If the customer's cart has one or more products that are not purchasable (price is hidden), the customer is only offered the option to request a quote.
