Each **Major Release** has its own article, which includes the initial release details plus all subsequent **Package and Website Patches** (listed inline from latest to earliest).\n\n**[Latest - Version 21 Release Notes](version-21-release-notes)**\n\n---\n\n## Package and Website versions\n\nStoreConnect has two types of updates:\n\n-   **Package versions** – Updates to the underlying StoreConnect technology that lives inside Salesforce (Objects, Fields, APEX, etc.).\n\n-   **Website versions** – Updates to the web application that serves your website.\n\n\n---\n\n## How do I know what version I'm on?\n\n**Salesforce Package version**\n\n1.  Log in to Salesforce.\n\n2.  Go to **Setup \u003e Installed Packages**.\n\n3.  Look for the **StoreConnect package** and version number.\n\n\n**StoreConnect Website version**\n\n1.  Go to `[your domain]/api/store-connect-version`\n    `Example: mydomain.com/api/store-connect-version`\n\n2.  The version number will appear on the webpage.\n\n\n---\n\n## Major releases and minor releases\n\nStoreConnect commits to 2 annual releases. These are released when they are complete usually at the end of Q1 and Q3.\n\nBetween major releases, we deliver **Minor versions** for both Package and Website updates. These typically contain security fixes, stability improvements, and bug fixes. They do occasionally contain highly demanded features as well.\n\n\n---\n\n## Support and upgrade policy\n\n-   **Upgrade timing** – StoreConnect will notify you of pending upgrades. You may request a delay or alternative timing if the upgrade interferes with planned activities.\n\n-   **Minor upgrades** – Applied automatically at the discretion of StoreConnect.\n\n-   **Version support** – We provide bug fixes and security patches for thecurrent and previous Major Version. \n\n    -   Older versions can receive critical bug fixes and security patches when necessary at the discretion of StoreConnect.\n    -   We will always port critical security fixes to any affected client no matter the current version or prioritise any work required to complete the upgrade.\n-   **Sandbox testing** – StoreConnect can upgrade a paid sandbox with production-like data for testing purposes.\n\n-   **Support during upgrades** – Clients can request upgrade support by [logging a case](https://support.getstoreconnect.com/contact-us).\n\n## In this section\n\n- [Version 20 Release Notes](version-20-release-notes)\n- [Previous releases](previous-releases)"}
