Each one shows:\n\n-   Its plan name, such as `Test Plan Monthly`.\n-   Its status, such as `Active`.\n-   **Expires** — the expiry date, or `No expiry` for a license with no end date.\n-   Whether it is applied to an org. A license that has not been used yet shows as not currently applied.\n-   Its allowance for each org type, shown as used against total, for example `Production 1/50`, `Sandbox 0/50`, and `Developer 9/50`.\n\n## Copy an install key\n\nYou need the install key when applying a license in the **StoreConnect Config App** in Salesforce.\n\n1.  Go to **My Licences**.\n2.  Find the license you want to apply.\n3.  Select **Copy install key**.\n\nThe key is copied to your clipboard, ready to paste into Salesforce. [Activate a StoreConnect license](how-to-activate-a-storeconnect-license) covers applying it.\n\n## Move a license to a different org\n\nRequest a move when a license is applied to the wrong org, or when you are migrating from one org to another.\n\n1.  Go to **My Licences**.\n2.  Find the license and select **Request a move**.\n3.  Select the org you want the license moved to.\n4.  Select **Submit request**.\n\nYour request goes to the StoreConnect team, who action it and confirm. Moving a license is not instant and is not something you apply yourself.\n\n## Sandbox licenses\n\nSandbox licenses work differently from production licenses, and a free sandbox expires after 90 days unless you buy a persistent one.
