It is designed to support you as you work through pitches, proposals, and implementations of StoreConnect with your clients.

## Before you start

The partner hub is only available to users at a partner organization.

## Find your way around

The **Partner hub** has four tabs:

- **Overview** — quick links to the things partners need most often, plus the latest partner insight videos.
- **Resources** — the downloadable library.
- **Videos** — overviews, demos, industry solutions, and insights.
- **Capability profile** — what your team does, recorded against your partner record.

## Browse the resource library

**Resources** groups everything into four categories:

- **Features & Industry Solutions** — decks by feature and by industry.
- **Partner Guides** — the enterprise, pre-purchase, scoping, implementation, and testing and launch guides.
- **Logos & Images** — StoreConnect logos, point of sale imagery, partner badges, and certification badges.
- **Other Resources** — partner program decks, and the free single store offer for partners.

Most items open a Google Drive folder, Google Doc, or Google Sheet in a new tab. A few link to articles in this documentation.

:::tip
Use the logos and badges from **Logos & Images** rather than copying them from a website. These are the current approved versions, and certification badges in particular change as the program changes.
:::

## Complete your capability profile

The capability profile tells StoreConnect what your team can deliver, which is how opportunities get matched to partners. It is worth keeping current as your team grows or certifies in new areas.

1. Go to **Partner hub** and select **Capability profile**.
2. Under **About you**, enter **Your role**, your **Company website**, and a **Company description**. The description may be used to promote your services, so write it for a customer audience.
3. Under **Which verticals do you work in?**, select every industry you deliver into, or select **Work across all verticals**.
4. Under **Your team's Salesforce capabilities**, select each capability your team holds.
5. Select **Save capability profile**.

Your answers are saved against your partner record, and you can come back and change them at any time.

:::note
**Name** and **Company** are read only. They come from your portal user and your company record, so change them through [your profile](support-portal-profile) or your company details rather than here.
:::

## Apply for a free partner store license

**Overview** links to an application for a free StoreConnect Partner Single Store License, which opens in a new tab. For what the partner store is and how it differs from a demo store, see [Stores for partners](stores-for-partners)."}
