# The StoreConnect store record Source: https://support.storeconnect.com/articles/the-storeconnect-store-record · Last modified 21 August 2026 Read this topic to understand what the **Store** record controls before you configure a store. It is the central record around which everything else in StoreConnect revolves. Your StoreConnect system has the potential to operate many stores at the same time, each with the ability to service different domain names, customers, brands, or geographical locations. Each store is a single record. 1. Go to the **Stores** list in the **StoreConnect Config** app. 2. Open the **Store** record you want to configure.
