StoreConnect connects your store to the marketing and analytics tools your team already uses, and gives you native attribution data inside Salesforce. Every order captures the campaign, channel, and source that drove it — so your marketing reports are built on the same data as your CRM.
Marketing integrations
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud — sync customer data, trigger journey emails from store events (purchase, abandon, subscription renewal), and use Marketing Cloud for segmentation and campaign management
- Account Engagement (Pardot) — connect store activity to your B2B marketing automation workflows
- Third-party analytics — add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any tag manager script to your storefront via the analytics script configuration; scripts can be scoped per store
- Chat systems — embed chat widgets (Salesforce Chat, Intercom, Zendesk, and others) on your storefront
- UTM code capture — UTM parameters from inbound links are captured against every order, giving you full campaign attribution in Salesforce reports
See store-marketing-and-analytics.
Search engine optimisation
StoreConnect provides full control over the SEO metadata for every page on your storefront.
- Page-level metadata — configure title tags, meta descriptions, and Open Graph data per product, category, and content page
- Canonical URLs — automatically generated to prevent duplicate content across multi-store configurations
- XML sitemap — auto-generated and kept current as products and pages are added or removed
- Structured data (JSON-LD) — product structured data is output automatically, supporting rich results in Google Search
- Robots.txt control — configure indexing rules per store
See search-engine-optimization-features.
Google Merchant Feed
StoreConnect generates a Google Merchant Center XML feed from your product catalog, updated automatically every six hours. The feed includes standard product attributes, shipping data, loyalty points, installment pricing, and bundle information where configured.
See google-merchant-feed for full field mapping and setup details.
Meta/Facebook product feed
StoreConnect generates a product catalog feed compatible with Meta's Commerce Manager, enabling your products to appear in Facebook and Instagram shopping surfaces. The feed is generated from your Salesforce product catalog and updates automatically with your product data.
LLM discovery support
StoreConnect generates an llms.txt file for your storefront — a plain-text index of your site's key content, structured to help AI assistants and large language models discover and accurately represent your products and store information. This supports AI-powered shopping tools, voice assistants, and other LLM-based surfaces that use llms.txt as a discovery standard.
Product reviews
Customers can submit product reviews from the storefront. Reviews are stored in Salesforce and can be moderated before being displayed. Review data integrates with your Salesforce reporting.
API extensibility to other platforms
StoreConnect exposes its data through the Salesforce API, enabling integration with any platform that supports REST or SOAP API access. This allows you to distribute your product catalog, sync order data, and trigger store events from external marketing, analytics, and commerce platforms.
- Connect to affiliate networks, price comparison engines, or custom channel partners via the Salesforce API
- Use Salesforce flows and platform events to push store activity to external systems in real time
- Build custom integrations without modifying the StoreConnect application layer
