About vouchers
Vouchers vs. account credit: Unlike account credit, vouchers don't require customers to have an account—anyone with the voucher code can use it.
Physical and virtual vouchers: Vouchers can be configured as physical products requiring shipping or virtual products delivered via email only.
Automatic or manual creation: Vouchers can be created manually in Salesforce or automatically generated when customers purchase voucher products from a store.
Flexible usage: Configure vouchers for use on a single store, across a store group, or on any store in your organization.
Use vouchers to:
