Step 1: Access Support Portal

Go to support.getstoreconnect.com

Log in to your account
Step 2: Create a New Case

Navigate to “My Cases” and click “New Case”
- Alternatively, you can use the “Contact Us” option
Step 3: Fill Out the Case Details

Case Type: Select Support Actions

Subtype: Choose Trigger Reindex

Description: Briefly explain why you’re requesting the reindex

Priority: Set it to Medium
-
Salesforce Org ID: Enter your Salesforce org ID
Step 4: Submit the Case

Click Create Case
-
The reindex process will now begin
Step 5: Wait for Reindex Completion

The index rebuild can take from a few minutes to a couple of hours
-
Time depends on the number of products and price books
