This release adds the POS Layout Filter object to Salesforce, enabling administrators to configure filters on POS views directly from Salesforce records. The payment provider picklist has been updated to include newer payment providers. A hidden filter type has been added to allow POS views to be pre-filtered without displaying a filter control to users.
Enhancements
POS Layout Filters
A new POS Layout Filter object has been introduced, allowing filters to be associated with POS Layouts directly in Salesforce. Each filter record includes a Field Name, Type, and optional Select Options. Filter configurations control what data is shown in POS views and can be managed from the POS Layout record page. This provides administrators with a structured, configuration-driven approach to POS view filtering.
POS Layout Filter: Hidden Type A “Hidden” type option has been added to the POS Layout Filter. Hidden filters apply a pre-set filter to a POS view without showing any filter control to the user. This is useful for restricting data in a POS view silently — for example, always scoping a view to the current store — without cluttering the UI with controls the user does not need to interact with.
Updated Payment Provider List The payment provider picklist in Salesforce has been updated to include the latest supported payment providers, aligning the available options with current StoreConnect capabilities.
