Every StoreConnect license comes with the ability to spin up a 90 day trial copy of StoreConnect in any Salesforce developer, partial copy or full copy sandbox.
However, if you would like your sandbox license to persist for longer than 90 days, you will need to purchase a Persistent Copy sandbox license matched to your plan.
Persistent copy sandbox licenses are available on our Boutique, Emporium and Flagship plans. They are not available on our Pop Up plans.
If you have an existing trial sandbox license you can convert this to a Persistent Copy sandbox license by entering a sandbox license key that you can purchase through your account manager or contact our support team to help guide you through this process.
