▶️ Grant access to Salesforce

1. Open Login Access Settings

  • Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner of Salesforce.

  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  • In the left-hand menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access.”

2. Grant Access to StoreConnect

  • Find the section labeled “StoreConnect Pty Limited Support.”

  • Use the dropdown to choose how long to grant access:

    • 1 Day

    • 3 Days

    • 1 Week

    • 1 Month

  • Select your desired time period.

  • Click Save to confirm access.

3. Find and Share Your Org ID

  • Click the Cog icon in the top-right corner and choose Setup.

  • In the Quick Find search box, type Company Information.

  • Click on Company Information.

  • Locate the Salesforce.com Organization ID field — this is your Org ID.

  • Copy the Org ID and send it to the StoreConnect support team, so they can access the correct org.
