append - Liquid Filter Reference

Description

Adds the specified string to the end of another string.

Examples

```liquid

{{ “/my/fancy/url” | append: “.html” }} ```

Output: /my/fancy/url.html

append can also accept a variable as its argument

```liquid

{% assign filename = “/index.html” %} {{ “website.com” | append: filename }} ```

Output: website.com/index.html
