▶️ Enable customers to request product quotes

This video shows how to let a customer ask for a price instead of buying at a listed one.

What the video covers

1. Selecting Enable Quotations in the Products section of the Store record.
2. Selecting Hide Price on the product’s Pricebook entry.
3. Entering Hide Price Text, such as Request a quote, which appears where the price usually does.

A cart holding any hidden-price product offers the customer a quote request rather than a checkout. Submitting one creates an Order with a Status of Draft and a Checkout Step of quotation_requested, which you then work from the Orders list.
