Bookable Event defines the date and time for a single occurence of a bookable Product at a Bookable Location.

Record creation

Bookable Event records are created in two ways:

  • Automatically by StoreConnect — when a customer selects a date and time from an Availability window and completes checkout, StoreConnect automatically creates a Bookable Event record capturing the booked date, time, and attendee details. The s_c__Created_From_Availability__c field is set to true on these records.
  • Manually in Salesforce — administrators can create Bookable Event records directly in Salesforce for a specific class, session, or appointment. Manually created records must have their related records — including the booking record, Order Product, Account, Contact, and booking attendees — configured manually. Manual records do not surface from the availability calendar but count towards the Product Bookable Location’s total bookings.
