Use this section to set up every kind of price reduction and customer reward your store offers, and to measure the campaigns that drive them.
StoreConnect has four separate offer mechanisms, and they are configured on different records. Automatic Discounts reduce a displayed price without customer input. Promotions apply when a customer enters a promo code. Promotions v2 pairs reusable conditions with reusable rewards, and can apply automatically or by code. Loyalty points are a currency customers earn and spend.

Two related mechanisms live elsewhere because they are set up as products or as customer records. Vouchers are prepaid codes that pay for an order rather than reduce its price. Memberships group accounts so that discounts and promotions can be scoped to them.
