After setup is complete, a Tools button appears on the Quest Airpay TAP settings page. Tapping it opens the Quest advanced menu through the companion app.

Transaction recovery for Quest Airpay TAP
If the app closes or crashes during a Quest transaction, the POS automatically attempts recovery the next time the checkout screen loads. It calls the Quest companion app to check the outcome of the interrupted transaction:
- If the transaction was approved, the payment is submitted automatically.
- If the transaction was not approved, an error message is shown with the POS reference.
Recovery has a 10-minute expiry window. If the transaction details no longer match (wrong cart, expired, or changed amount), the saved data is cleared and an error is shown.
