▶️ Activate a StoreConnect license

1. Get your license key

  • Once you’ve purchased a StoreConnect subscription, you will receive a license key.

  • Keep this key ready — it will be used to activate your subscription in Salesforce.

2. Open the StoreConnect Config App

  • In Salesforce, go to the App Launcher (top-left menu).

  • Search for and select “StoreConnect Config App”.

3. Apply the license key

  • The StoreConnect Setup Page will open automatically. (Otherwise select it from the dropdown menu)

  • Click “Enter Installation Key”.

  • Enter your license key and click Apply.

That’s it! Your StoreConnect subscription is now activated.

4. Set up a store

  • After activation, click the “Setup” button to begin configuring your store.

Upgrade from free trial

If you began with a free trial of StoreConnect and now want to switch to a full license:

  • Go to the StoreConnect Config App.

  • Make sure you’re on the StoreConnect Setup Page.

  • Click on “Subscription” → “Update Key”.

  • Paste your new license key and click Apply to upgrade.
